Ice Ice Baby

Figure skating wouldn't be anything without David King, from Great Britain, gracing the ice and speaking in a simply adorable accent:

angry face
happy face
Little David didn't always want to be a skater. In fact, he was a skier, a pretty good one at that, until one day he was invited to a friend's ice skating birthday party. This is where he fell in love, begged his Mother for lessons, and eventually taking up doubles because the "lifts looked exciting."

This average 6'1, English, twenty nine year old, loves to go rock climbing and has a love of American football.

He speaks for English (but like the better version, you know, with the accent and all) and Polish.

He loves skating to the Beatles for not only his competition routines but just free skating.

He trains about 25 hours a week in Florida, United States with his partner (and fiance.. but shhh.. we will forget about that..) Stacey Kemp. In 2010 he and Kemp became the first British team to compete in the pairs at an Olympic Winter Games for 16 years.

"Were over! I am leaving you for one
of Verbaledudette's avid readers!" - David
