Just a Quickie!

Its Thursday, but to me it is really a Friday, why? Because I don't have school tomorrow! It is quite amazing and I am quite excited.

The sad story is that tomorrow my Father leaves, again, to Japan. He has been gone forever, comes home for a few days, and then needs to leave again. I hate it. I miss him to much. And its my 16th birthday! Oh well.

But anyways. Tomorrow after driving him to the air port i plan on relaxing. Maybe walking down to Starbucks and getting a coffee. Clean the house a bit. Tidy my room. Take a shower and shave my must needed legs. Goodness. It is going to be a hard day.

Yeah.. Thats all I have to say. See ya!

Patrick, Joe, Ryan, Matt, Ian and Alex

I dont really like Sundays. I hate that Sundyas are the end of our weekend and the nxt day we have to wake up early and go to that place they call school! NoOoOoo!

Mood: Sleepy- I mean its 8:30 in the morning and  I didnt go to bed until who knows what!

Listening Too: My sister eat her cearal

Quote of the Moment: "Did you know that Helen Keller had a swing set in her backyard?........ Neither did she!" :)

Healines:
  • Friday I had my 2nd driving lesson thing! It went well... I mean everyone survived and the mail boxes are still in the same places on peoples lawn.
  • On Friday I had 6, yes SIX, boys from Judge over to my house. We played Mario Kart and Gutair Hero. Let me tell you....one of the most fun Fridays I have had in a long time! Goodness. It was crazy.
  • On Saturday I spent the whole day (from 8- 6) shopping with grandma. WOW! We went everwhere possible. In the end I did get my birthday preasent and few extra out fits!

Just Wondering: Why are my feet always so cold!?

Random Fact: I act way differently with my friends from Judge. I think it may be the fact that they dont see me at school. At school I am quiet. Even if I with my friends from School I am still the quiet one. With my guy friends I can be my self more. Weird I know!

Okay thats all.. Bye :)

xoxo

P.S. My 16th Birthday is a week from today!!

My battle wound!

This would be my wound from Wiley and the Harry Man. Its the one on my foot! Grossness!

Wednesday, February 18, 2009

Well... its not like the last post for sure. Actually, its not like any posts i have written.

Its been a while, but i just haven't had anything exciting to say. I didn't go driving with some scary Chinese dude and the deaf Jesus hasn't been in photo for a while so there is NOTHING to talk about.

Lets see, oh my foot just stopped bleeding. It was gross. I don't think I said anything, but maybe I did and just repeating myself, but i totally ripped the skin off my foot and knee substituting for a lead in a play. You know Wiley and the Harry man, well i get this call from Amy telling me Mc wants to see me right. So i leave my lovely lunch and skip down to the drama room (okay so maybe it was a walk but I'm trying to lighten the situation before the bomb strikes) I get down there and Mc has this look of fear in his eyes- just kidding. He was smiling and he comes up to me and say Kayla went home sick. You have to be the dog. Ha. I looked a him and said "you have to be kidding me!" There was no way I was going to be the dog! One that's like a lead and two we were performing in one hour and i had no idea what i was going to be doing. So lets fast forward. I played the dog. I was terrible at the dog and I threatened Kayla with her life is she was ever absent again. Really i did. But where we performed (was like the size of a broom closet) had carpet. Me, running around on my hands and knees, got, you guessed it, carpet burns. My foot was bleeding so bad and even though my knee was covered the skin was still ripped out. Gross. I should take some pictures. Its been like two weeks but they still look horrid.

Oh my goodness. Speaking of drama- there is so much DRAMA in DRAMA. Seriously. Okay so there is this senior boy who is pretty attractive if i may say so (no i am not talking about Matt... ew) lets call him Drew. So Drew is cool. and this girl, lets call her Mary. So Mary has like a mega crush on Drew, she hasn't come out and said it but its obvious, and Drew finds her annoying cause she is always texting him and calling him and stuff. And she flirts. A lot. So there is one problem. And then there is Director likes Director but the Producer likes the Director and is getting all mad because the Girl Director got a kiss from the Director she likes after he took the girl Director to the dance. Grr. And then there is cast conflict where one girl has her ex playing a character that is madly in love with her *which he still is, and she kisses drew from above in the script which make the on kid who is already in love jealous and mad and makes the boy who is also in the bad upset because he likes the girl who kisses drew but wont confess it and he hates the kid the loves the girl because he loves the girl that he loves and then there is Drew who i don't know who he loves but he is not complaining about kissing the girl----------If you got any of the paragraph your win points. I was trying to to tell everything without saying names and such and yeah. I'm to lazy to go and try to edit it cause its like 11 at night.

Lets see. My birthday is coming up on March 1!! Go me! I have a four page essay due on Friday that i haven't started cause I don't want to do it. Tonight in dance a girl passed out and turned a purple color.it was weird.

well I'm done. Least that post was longer than the last one. sorry for all The mistakes it may contain. But sometimes its a fun challenge to read gibberish!

later dudes.

Oh and who ever wrote the "Russian love hip swing" on the last post (father i think its you) WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN!? Goodness people- write in English that makes sense not like Shakespeare with multiple meanings and crap. Goodness. ha ha

okay bye officially.

oh and you should all comment again- it made me happy to get 11 comments! :) YAY ha ha

Take 5 Auditions

Its that time againg folks. Take Five. The amazing melody of 5 one act plays, all student directed, written, and acted! YAY! This year the plays are alright.. hopefully they will get better when we get to know more about them.

I auditioned yesterday. I think it went, okay. I do believe I did like way better than last year. The two plays I desperately want to be in are either Moonlight ( a spoof on Twilight) or this one about a therapist. But I didn't get called back for those two, oh well. I think I am going to be playing Jene in this Alaskan run away play. It will be fun no matter what!

The one thing that bothered me is that the over all producer kept correcting the directer who was directing the producers play. It was ANNOYING! I mean if she wanted to direct her play she should have signed up to be a director! goodness.

That's about it. I will tell you want the verdict on my part is when i find out tomorrow! EEK

A little but of this and some of that:

Good Evening readers of this here blog. What's happening?
Remember this:

Mood: Happy. I don't know why.

Listening Too: "Butterfly" Jason Mraz

Quote of the Moment: "Listen to your voice, the one that tells you t0 taste farther then the tip of your tongue."

Headlines:
  • Today was late start. Meaning: I didn't have to be at school until 9:20 :)
  • my mom got a new coffee pot
  • I went to California Pizza Kitchen tonight for dinner. I would suggest the Thai Crunch Salad! Yummy!
  • I have a biology test Wednesday
  • Tomorrow I have a driving observation. On Saturday I did one also- SCARIEST moment ever. The driver barley spoke English (he spoke Chinese) and would yell when my teacher said "what?" and I cant tell you how many times we were in the wrong lane. I was afraid. Here I was going to go, in a car crash, with two people who didn't speak English and an old man with three cats at home. Sweet Jesus.
  • My birthday is coming! (okay not till March 1st.. but oh well)
  • I curled my hair today.
  • Over the weekend I saw Horton Hears a Who....weird show. But I have a crush on a fictional character. Jojo WAS SO CUTE! ha ha
  • I have french tomorrow and I just remembered I didn't do my home work.
Just Wondering: What I want for my birthday.... Mostly I want my Father to be home on my birthday but he has events in Japan. Those Japanese...stealing my Daddy. :(

Random Fact: I don't know what I am going to wear tomorrow.

Well that will be it. If I don't write again... Happy Single Awareness Day on Friday!

Uniquely Me

I got an e mail a just a few hours ago telling me to write down 30 facts about me. I didn't really want to send it back to the person, seemed like a waste of time, So I m just going to do it here. 30 facts is a lot. But I tend to talk a lot so it might be easy- we will see how far I make it (or you) before I get bored. Here we go:
  1. I talk a lot! My nick name is the cheerful chatterbox for a reason. At school I am extremely quiet, but get me home or get to know me well and you will wish I had an off button.
  2. My favorite colors are yellow, orange, and red.
  3. Sunsets are what I live for. The colors, the simplicity, the beauty. There is nothing like it. Watching the sun slip behind the soft mountains or into the ocean is unlike anything. Its perfect. Time stood still.
  4. I sometimes believe that my life is a dream and I will wake up. I feel like its impossible for man kind to exist. Its all a dream. A wonderful dream.
  5. I am most afraid of natural disasters. Especially earth quakes. I'm afraid of not my death, but the death of my family. I couldn't imagine not living a day of this life with out them. Seeing pictures on the news about children trying to dig there parents out of the after math rubble of an earth quake is my worst fear.
  6. I am terrified of motorcycles after watching a man die from being flung from the motorcycle and die instantly right in front of me. I can still see his body fly like a rag doll across the busy highway. The only thing his helmet did was save his face for the funeral.
  7. Teen romance novels are my favorite because it reminds me of my everyday life.
  8. I am in love with Vans shoes! If I could I would own every color of the original Vans slip ons. Goodness!
  9. I always have music playing (sometimes its only in my head...) Either on my ipod or blasting on the stereo so loud that the windows are shaking!!
  10. I am way nervous to drive. After a little experience behind the wheel including the moment when I thought death was on my hands I am nervous to drive...
  11. I collect sunglasses! You know those fake RayBan's- yeah- I have at least 6 different colors and still buying more! I love them!
  12. I can not spell for the life of me.
  13. Writing is one of my strongest school subjects, except for socializing and lunch of course
  14. I SUCK at biology! It just seems so abstract that all this stuff is happening in cells and such.
  15. I skateboard, but not well so I can not brag about some major skills. I would love to be better. It is my goal to work on it but I have this thing where I don't like to skate in front of other people cause I know that I am not as good. SO pretty much if i want to become better at a skate park I have to skate in the dark. ha ha just kidding
  16. I hate when people say WT or What the?

  17. .....is my favorite word
  18. I love to dance. I have been  dancing since I could walk.  I do not like the kind of dancing where your splits have to be perfect and your arms positioned perfectly. I like to take the rules of dance and break them. But i know the rules so I can break them safely.
  19. Hats! I could not live with out hats.
  20. I hate yard work.
  21. Summer is my favorite season because f multiple reasons. I like being tan (usually I am so white you could mistake me or a vampire from Twilight. I reflect sunshine) and I LOVE working with the Concrete Rodeo Skate Tour. The feeling I receive from working all day t put on an event that people enjoy coming to and you see the thrill in the skaters faces and the determination. I have watched some of these kids progress in their skating and there life's. I feel like I am a part of something when I work with the CRT.
  22. For me; EVERYTHING has to have a food experience.
  23. When I have a crush on someone I wont tell anyone (except my family maybe) cause I hate the reaction people give or how they wont be able to keep it a secret.
  24. I love photography.
  25. I am a dreamer. I want everything perfect. I have a dream about a fairy tale ending and true love just like in books and movies.
  26. The Little Mermaid is my favorite animated Disney movie
  27. I LOVE PIRATES. * I am one
  28. I like to write notes to people and text messaging.
  29. I like the symbol of cupcakes. They are not  my favorite to eat, but I like the looks of them. Cute and little and sweet.
  30. I like to be different. It bugs me when someone copies me or something. I am always desperately trying to be unlike no one other.

Wow. I could keep going but I will stop. Goodness. Well there you go.

Xoxo

World Cup Weekend

The madness all began on Thursday evening. Right after school I packed and rushed up with my Mother and sister to Park City. My sister and I had our own hotel room while my Mother and Father had theirs. SWEET! We got ready to go see a concert in the plaza of downtown Park City. I cant remember the name of the band but they were Reggie (spelling?) and awesome!

The concert was an absolute blast. We got home pretty late and passed out from exhaustion. Way to much dancin'!

Friday:
  • Woke up around 10 am in our hotel room
  • spent a good few hours shredding up the hills of Deer Valley Resort. It was amazingly beautiful! And warm! The 2nd half of the day I didn't need to wear my heavy plaid jacket
  • At about 5 o clock p.m. we arrived back at Deer Valley for the Ariel Event. MY FAVORITE!
  • The VIP food wasn't the best, but there was a lot of great cheeses and well... I Love Cheese. ha ha I didn't eat much other than cheese and little of their famous garlic mashed potatoes.
  • The event was amazing! Gabrielle and I got up to the front row!
  • Ryan St. Onge (my sister's boy friend wanna be) won which was great!
  • Fire works were a bummer
  • When we got back to the hotel we decide to go swimming. Now the swimming pool was outside, along with the hot tub. On the surrounding side walks was ice. Me and my sis carefully walked to the pool and swam in the heated water. It was way nice. We wanted to go into the hot tub but it was jam packed with some half pipe competitors (boys) and some of the staff (announcers, judges, ect.(boys) Including my heart throb announcer Luke VanValen. AHH he is cute. :) But anyways. When I got out of the pool the freezing air stung my skin. I was in a hurry to get to the door that led to the warmth of the inside. Right next to the hot tub there was some ice... I'm sure you can guess what happened but i will tell you anyways. I slid. In my swim suit freezing my body smacked hard on the cement. The whole hot tub went "OooH!" in unison and then was quiet. I opened my eyes and I was face to face with Luke. Who smiled took a sip of his beer while the guy next to him asked if I was okay. I was fine- well other than the fact that my hand and foot were throbbing in pain. I got up carefully. Smiled through my pain and walked to the door. Someone in the hot tub yelled " You got a 9.5!" Funny. I got inside and my mother and sister were all worried and embarrassed for me. I wasn't embarrassed. Those things don't bug me. I would have been laughing if I hadn't of scraped my hand and foot with the salt crystals that were failing to melt the ice outside. My foot was bleeding. The whole night I thought of what I would say if someone asked me if I was okay with my slip. No one asked me, but I came up with:
"It was the digger of the day. I stopped that landing with conviction. Walked away with a few cuts and bruises. I was a little disappointed with my 9.5.
But Hey, better luck next time!"

  • I do wish that I had slipped right into the hot tub with them. I would have gotten up out of the water. I could have played the part. Pain or no pain. Turn around, act like nothing had happen. "Hey guys thanks for letting me DROP in. What did you think of the event?" ha ha it would be priceless
Saturday:
  • The day started with the Half Pipe event at 12:00
  • It was amazing!
  • The weather was again beautiful
  • the food (brunch) was delicious. I would tell you but then your mouth would water... trust me

  • I had so much fun.
  • At around 5 again we headed to Deer Valley for the Dual Mogul event. Pretty Spectackular.
  • The food for the VIP's was a pasta arrangement buffet type thing. Oh and Getalo :)
  • A few people got injured just during qualifications. One girl got hurt so bad air med had to come in causing a 40 minute delay which was very stressful for my Father (The Event Producer/Organizer)
  • Gabrielle and I pushed our ways through the crowds again to the front.
  • I ate dinner with Landon Gardner (competitor)
  • Met Nate Roberts
  • Saw Jeremy Bloom and Grossi
  • Froze but was happy
  • HAD THE BEST TIME!!
These events are what I looked toward to the greatest once the Concrete Rodeo is finished. I would love to help out and have a job but relaxing and enjoying is amazing! ha ha I am sad it is over.

Now my father has to leave to run another event in Canada, then France, Then Russia. Home. Then Japan. (and who knows where else)

I have a sunglasses tan line!!!! :) :)
I don't want to go to school tomorrow. Gag.
I am sad my team didn't win the Super Bowl.
See ya!
